I paid extra for 2nd day delivery because I needed the package the day before I was leaving on a trip. The tracking showed that the UPS had attempted a delivery but the receiver was unavailable. Actually at the time they showed delivery we were home with our front door open so could have heard a delivery if one had been attempted. Also the web site said a yellow form would be left showing attempted delivery and none was here. When I called regarding getting the package in time to take it, I was told I would have to drive 20 mile round trip to the customer pickup place or pay $6 for expedited service. I had already paid for 2 day delivery and it was not my fault they tried to deliver it to the wrong address. My tracking # is 1Z3Y37V30225931196.
