2020. On January 5, 2006, upholstered furniture (sofa with decorative pillows and 2 armchairs) was ordered from the company Pty. "Sottomarino mebeles", whose store is located at 18A Nicgales Street, Brisbane. The order was accepted by the company's representative Alexander Avdin. On the day of acceptance of the order, a 50% advance invoice was issued in the amount of 1067. 35 EUR, which was paid on the same day. Delivery was determined after 1. 5 months, that is, until 16. 02. 2020. February 26 arrived, but the goods were not delivered and we were not informed why the goods were not delivered. We called Aleksandra Avdina several times ourselves, but no one answered. Also, a number of messages were sent to the specified telephone number and to the e-mail of Aleksandras Avdinas (an e-mail invoice was sent from this e-mail address) asking why the goods were not delivered and when. No response was received. After countless calls and e-mails, we received a reply that the goods will be delivered in early March. In the end, the first delivery of goods took place only on 14. 03. 2020. and only one sofa was delivered, without armchairs and decorative sofa cushions (we were not informed about the fact that not all the goods would be provided by the company's representatives). Again, after repeated calls and emails, we received a reply that the rest of the goods will be delivered in a week. The real next delivery was after 2 weeks. This time 2 armchairs and half of the decorative pillows were supplied. Again, after repeated calls, we received an answerthat the missing pillows will be delivered sometime - a specific date was not named. We received the pillows on April 16, 2020, although everything had to be delivered 2 months earlier. And, most likely, if they had not called and written intensively, the goods would still be waiting. The dry balance is that we were banally deceived by promises every time we managed to call one of this office, the attitude was indifferent, moreover, she did not even consider it an elementary duty to inform us that you do not wait for the product in time. It is good that we did not sell the existing sofas, then I would sit on the floor for 3 months. I definitely do not recommend doing business with this person and this company, so you will protect yourself from unpleasant surprises. By the way, we submitted a PTCA application on this, but the answer was that nothing could really be done already,if even the product is not delivered at all (such a feeling was from the first day when we did not receive the product on time and we were not informed about it, and then the "adventure" described above for 3 months), we could sue with an empty Ltd. Don't rely on Alexander Avdin, a kind salesman and co-owner of the business.
