Package never arrives, no answer from anyone

I am regretting so much that I purchased from this company. My tracking says that it was a delivery attempt, but its weird since i never left home in that date. I did a re delivery with usps page, and since then, the tracking info has been stuck and the oackage was not delivered! I hate these two companies as neither respond to my complains. What can I do?
