Package lost twice!!!

Order two packages from Zara and it was stolen within 1 hour of delivery. After the first package was stolen, I tried to contact UDS and sent out special instruction to remind the driver NOT to leave the package unattended at front door. I had my phone number included just in case they need to call me. They NEVER call and left package at front door again! The second packages went missing even it was sent to a different address. I don’t know if the package was stolen by the delivery person or what? Two packages stolen in 1 hour even it is different address ? I think I had the reason to doubt that. Their VPOD does not benefit the buyer but the company themself for not taking any responsibility! I think they should have a better way of doing their business.
