My parcel was collected on 18/12/20. Its been held in Stansted since then. No amount of phone calls, emails has resolved the problem. They havent called me to explain why its held in the depot. Im completely lost. Ive asked for a supervisor to call me - and am told theyre not in the office. Its the worse service Ive ever encounter. Never ever ever use UPS. User's recommendation: UPS - the worse courier company.
