Package delivered wrong

I have had a UPS store as my main drop off for packages for a while now thru My Choice on their site. This time (fortunately I hadn't left for work yet), they decided to deliver to my home. I don't live in a great neighborhood and packages get stolen. Hence why I chose store drop off. They keep sending emails saying I need to pick a place in My Choice which I already did. Now they want me to call in. The last time I had problems I was on hold for over an hour. Told them they need to check on their end and fix it. I'm not calling again. They don't care if you get your package. User's recommendation: Make sure you have where you want package to go.
