Package arrived destroyed. Issued my store credit super late, and I missed the sale

I was looking forward to the Cyber Sale, and was waiting to receive my store credit from a return. Cyber Monday would have been the 7th day, which is the latest youre supposed to get your credit after a return. It took another week to get my store credit, and by that time, the sale was over. I asked them maybe consider the fact that it wasnt my fault it took this long for them to issue my store credit, and let me check out with the Cyber Monday discount, but they are basically making excuses and refusing to help. They offered me a 20% off code even though the were having a 25% off discount code going on. So unfair. On top of it, my last large package arrived completely destroyed and wet, things were dirty inside and all over the place. Im surprised nothing was missing. I dont want to buy from this company anymore.
