Response to “poor management skills and indecisiveness” from the wife of an ex-employee

Simply put, this person was laid off from a seasonal job. They were hired with the understanding that this was not a permanent position. There were several instances of being late and under-performing. He damaged the company truck and incurred thousands of dollars in damage to the truck and private property. Be careful when dealing with Rick May, the owner of May Day. He does not treat his employees well and has a very poor memory.
