2008 packaging. Bought year supply for one person. Used only vegetable stew mix so far. I was sick after using some of the second can. I did not know about oxygen absorbers in the can, or see one.It may not have been in there, or was cooked up with the food. I just tried to call them (7pm Eastern time, 2-22-18), lots of waiting.
