I purchased rca 19 television @ Walmart &; a month later the picture blew up. I didnt have my receipt ( who knew it was going to blow up in a month)..so Walmart & RCA would not help me or refund me. I sent videos to rca showing the tv plugged into another area where we have a television working & it has no picture...I plugged in the existing Television & it has a picture. Amen... The total for the television is $133.00.. For that I will NEVER bye RCA products & I will tell every last person never to bye their products. User's recommendation: Never bye RCA.
