Owe me money

Whilst purchasing a cd, the site kind of froze mid transaction. It took my money but left my cd in the basket. Now they are disputing This. I even sent proof from my bank of how much they took, at what time on what date. Im not happy as I shop there regularly. Im not buying again until this is resolved
