To whom it may concern, My name is Latchmin Naraine DOB - Sept 2nd 1959- Flight # BW628 - date August 17 On August 17 I was a passenger boarding at Cheddi Jagan airport Guyana to Toronto Pearson airport. At Cheddi Jagan Airport I was carrying 3 suitcases which I paid for, as they said the fees was not included in the ticket price although my ticket was close to 1900.00 . I was called at the counter by this Indian woman sitting at the last desk to the right, she was the last person on that counter ( I did not get her name as she was not wearing a batch at the time), she told me to put all 3 suitcases on the scale, then she said there is 20 llbs overweight which I was positive I didn't have any overweight. I insist for her to weighed each suitcase separately and she refused and did not want to do it. She insist I paid $75.00 US dollars for the overweight by cash or else I will not be able to board the flight. Frustrating I paid her and she disagree to issue a receipt for the cash I paid then proceed to hand over the cash to one of the porter guys. I paid for the other 3 suitcases by visa which I have attached. I am requesting a refund and hope to hear from Caribbean airlines soon.
