I ordered a new blade for my Snowie machine on Friday. It was supposed to be here by noon Saturday. No one will help me. This is not only frustrating but financially killing me. This was a 2,000.00 weekend and thats the cost I have to take a loss on cause no one there will help me. This is awful customer service and everyone I do business with will here about it!!+ We will definitely NEVER USE FedEx again!! UPS would have never let this happen. I and my business colleagues will all switch to UPS. Doesn't mean that changes ANYTHING FROM YESTERDAY AND OR TODAY!! THANKS A LOT FEDEX. NEED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR ON MONADY IF YOUR ABLE TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS BY MONDAY???? AWFUL COSTLY EXPERIENCE. User's recommendation: Get their packages. I wasn't given a tracking number! Still don't have necessary equipment ordered to run my shaved ice business this busy weekend at the beach!! Average loss of 1,000 per day on weekends. That's why I paid to have it overnighted. The weekdays are very slow. This was a beautiful weekend....customers are very pissed off and so am I. Nobody seems to care or try's to help at FedEx!! WOW.. NOT FUNNY BUT WHAT A JOKE!!! NOT LAUGHING. THIS IS MY RENT MONEY I WONT HAVE FOR AUGUST. 2,000.00 YOU COST ME!! AND ITS STILL NOT HERE. WHAT A PITIFUL WAY TO RUN YOUR EMPIRE!!
