Overcooked, dry burger & Undercooked Raw burger

I haven't heard from Red Robin, at all, after this incident. My burger was not cooked to order 2 times. The first time it was a burned, charburger that was dry, and the second time it was rare. I gave up after the second time - all of my sides were then cold. User's recommendation: Go to Smashburger!!
