Overcharging on water bill and poor customer service.

I moved from my house in January and spend a few nights a month to do yard work. I cut the water off when I leave and turn it on when I stay there. The person that MLGW pays to read meters found it inconvenient to read the meter so it was estimated each month. I have spent 6 hours trying get this problem corrected. I have sent three emails and talked to four customer representatives. No one has enough concern to correct the problem. They continue to say, for over 60 days, they are working on the problem. The fact is MLGW is a monopoly so they don't care.
