Overcharging customers regularly

Called a few weeks ago to report garbage can missing, and checked on my account at the same time. I always check because they overcharge for "fees" that no one can fully explain on a REGULAR basis. The agent looked, told me it was paid in full and the next bill would be in July. Two days later I receive a bill for a late charge. Sent to manager, get cut off. Now bill is over double, only 3 weeks after "paid calling. T calling. Tw User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COST.
