overcharging and very bad service

I have my company website hosted with servage.net. The had the incorrect payment details 6 months ago so i logged in as a new user to activate the account.Six months later they renewed my old account and the new one charging 45.00 to the old one with the new creditcard details which had only been entered on the new account and 53.55 euro a week later on the new account both for hosting just one website. It has taken two days to go through thier ticket system and still they refuse to refund one of the payments and they would rather loose a customer.It is most annoying that they can get away with this.They are most unhelpful and they are a really unsecure company when it comes to handing over your creditcard details. One guy did ask if i wanted the account closed and a refund but then someone else posted a reply and said no.
