Overcharged for item that was supposed to be 50% off

They refuse to do an adjustment on my bill because I dont have the promotion number I used when I placed the order. If I dont have that number then I have to pay the full amount for the item I ordered. The girl I ordered thru by phone knew the items were half off because we talked about it. Now Im being billed the full price of 2 camp chairs at $163.23 each. Catalog sale price is $69.99 each. #1588-59***-*36. Catalog regular price is $119.99 each. Im being scammed for $186.48. User's recommendation: Don’t order from Brylane Home.
