I have bought a few cheap items from you (e.g. a mala) which were either free or reduced, paying only p&p. I found out today that you have taken approximately £330 from my bank (February/march/April) and you have not sent me receipts/invoices to explain why. I am very upset, and you did not reply to a previous query. I would NEVER spend this kind of money, knowing full well that I can buy the items from China, at a low price.
