Overcharge with no one to call at Meetup

Meetup automatically charged me for another 6 months. I tried contacting them the same day and there uis no number to call. The email response stated "no one is monitoring this email". I have no way to disbute my charge. User's recommendation: Don't engage with Meetup. If they can't have a customer service # to call, they aren't a reputable company.
