We were overcharged by your Suffolk Va. branch for Propane. We have a contract with Amerigas, and was charged over the rate. We started using Amerigas in 2007 and over the years your Suffolk Va. branch has overcharged us over 22,000.00 We signed a contract in 2007 for a certin amount with your Portsmouth Va Branch and was told we could be serviced in Suffolk & Chesapeake Va. The only problem was we would have to receive a bill from the Suffolk office for the gas provided by that branch & a seperate bill for the gas provided by the Portsmouth Va. branch.
