Overcharge for service not provided

UPS charged me an extra fee for Saturday delivery--fine. Then they don't deliver it on Saturday and wait till Monday. So I ask for a refund on the price of the extra service that they did not provide. Simple right? UPS customer service tells me they don't issue refunds any more because of COVID!! What?? If I don't do my job that I was paid to do, I can't expect my customers to pay me! Ridiculous. That will be the end of my business account shipping with them. Hello USPS and Fed Ex! Lots of choices out there, bad customer service will lose you business every time. User's recommendation: Do not pay for extra services. UPS is collecting the money and then doesn't deliver.
