Overall management of store, with numerous specifics

First of all I want to say, I have delayed this correspondence for many, many months in the hope to see a change. As you tout, "My WAWA" is at 2525 Easton Ave Bethlehem pa. I have been going there since it opened 15 or so years ago, minimally two times a day. I have always seen and known the managers and employees on a first name basis and still do with the long-term employees there. I knew the prior managers by name and they knew me, in the past, I would see them working nightshifts, working the counter, and the food prep areas, this is management and setting an example for your employees. As I understand mangers get to move to larger volume stores, and I certainly understand the incentive to move on. I have only seen this manger, in a picture on the wall by the office, and the general issue I will detail has to fall on him. I am a lover of your vanilla cappuccino and get it minimally two times a day, more of I'm driving by. Just one exemplary issue of mismanagement or lack of care. The current cappuccino/hot chocolate/ etc machine has been unusable for over a month, with signs on 4 of the 6 products it dispenses. I know this machine very well because of all its issues, I may have more mechanical knowledge than most employees, and many times advise them of the issue. If it's not the container installed improperly, The worm gear not connecting, it's the dispensing funnel jammed or clogged, etc. Yet the management, after a full month and after weeks of down time in the past still does nothing. If it's a corporate machine, then it should have been replaced and perhaps the absent manager may have requested a replacement machine making it a corporates fault. That is an issue you know and should be resolving. Other issues, the parking lot is a literally a pigsty, with very little care or cleanup given, OK I understand perhaps its difficult to get employees right now, but this goes to the very cleanliness of not only the exterior but has to be related to the care and cleanliness of the food products. I know it gets busy and the coffee area get messed up, but this need regular attention there are sometimes you cannot put a cup down, to put a lid on it, without putting it into a mess. I understand if lack of employees is an issue, but then where, as in the past, is the manger. No job especially cleanliness is above an managers position. I don't know the manger and he may be a great person and a good employee but these issues fall on his shoulders. So every day, due to the prolonged cappuccino machine being inoperable I drive, miles out of my way, to go to, not "My WAWA", but the store on 248. Realistically I understand from my many visits to other WAWA stores that the cappuccino machine is problematic, so why hasn't it been addressed as all other WAWA's do, and if its not operating one day, in the other stores it's always operating the next, not left for over a month as inoperable. I have deliberated for months on writing this but it just seems "My WAWA" is getting worse not better.
