How can Verizon charge customers at this time for overages. That is terrible when that is the only way work can be done. I hope that all overages are waived even since I just paid my bill. My bill charges for overages. I could not believe when Bill was received that overage charge. I dont care if is only 15:00 or so. This is crazy maybe customers should change carriers at this time that we are in. I know that all is crazy.
