Sage has handled payroll for our company for 4 years. We moved our offices and notified Sage and IRS of our new address. When Sage sends in forms to IRS, they keep using the old address and IRS automatically reverts the address back to that old address. When brought to Sage representative's attention, we were told that Sage needs something from the IRS showing that the address has changed. We own the company and our vendor payroll service will not change the address per direct our requests. RIDICULOUS! IRS has correct new address and only because Sage uses old address, it keeps reverting back. STUPID!
