Over Charges!

I received a quote for a shipment and when I received the billing from the third party, TForce had added charges which doubled the quote amount. They said the company had limited access and added a lift gate charge. After checking with the customer they said nothing had changed and we had had shipments sent to this customer many times with other carriers and nothing like this has ever happened. happened. never use them again User's recommendation: See if they have ever delivered to them before, if not look for additional charges to be added!
