Over charged !!

I was under the impression I just agreed to a $1 trial search. I could not believe when I checked my bank account that I was charged $37.16. I would like an explanation. I hope I wasn't signed up for some kind of subscription ! If I was, I want it cancelled. I would also expect a refund. Thank You
