My rental car insurance was covered by my USAA Credit Card - I Was unable to check out the car because I did not have a paper proof of auto insurance card! The agent at the desk was new and insisted that I could not check out the car without that prove! I have tried to contact the manager of the office several times to no avail! User's recommendation: Make sure you do not itial or sign anything prior to departing.
