rented an apartment with a $500 deposit and when lease was up and moved, really cleaned it good, but Palermo realtors tried to tell me there was damage and painting to be done at the cost of $250 more. I was young and new to the 'renting world' and didn't take pictures of when I left nor was asked to go over the apartment with any rep. There were people moving in right away, so when were the so called damages and painting done? User's recommendation: Be careful when moving out and insist on a property rep being there.
