Three phone calls. Cumulative two hours + on hold. Three responses claiming this would be processed in 3-5 business days. Then nothing. Your request has been received and submitted. Please allow 3-5 business days to be received by fax.... Email to customerservice@***.com 6/3, 6/29, 6/30, 7/1, 7/2, 7/3. Have never received a response. User's recommendation: It's worth paying a slightly higher rate to finance elsewhere.
