I have been a victim of identity theft from an outsourced call. It took my attorney general of my state to fix this. I lost my home. I had to sleep on a couch of a friend. I trust the agents, but there is been so much in the bed lately of other countries holding corporations as hostage. I have recently had cancer and I just can not deal with the stress when I have to call to get transportation to a Drs visit and they ask for my name, phone number, address, birthdate- everything that a bad country needs to take my ID AGAIN. Too many Americans need jobs here. Do User's recommendation: Don't do business w outsourced calls.
