Outage- slow as molasses to repair

2

Ours was the first neighborhood to lose power on November 14, at 11 p.m. I reported it immediately. We are in the Beechmont neighborhood, off Southern Pkwy. There are people and animals whose health rely on electricity in my home. Called and was given a notice saying that the issue has been resolved. It has most definitely not been resolved! I have not seen one LG & E truck in the entire area all day! This is ridiculous. Calling a second time I was told at 6a.m. that it would be restored by 10 AM. That did not happen. Now when I call there is no estimated time. I suppose as one other reviewer said this neighborhood is just not a priority to them.
