Power went out at 2 am, calm night 68 degrees, no wind, no storm.. 7.5 hours later after reported and tild it would be ine between 6 am and 9 am, still no power at 915 am. Think they will pay for lost food or make up for having to sleep in a car overnight due to breathing machine needing power, no..dominion is worthless.
