Noticed my tank was low. After being told by rude dispatch lady that it takes 7-10 days to get gas delivered it took 3 weeks. I was out of fuel for two weeks and too ill to keep the wood stove going. They did not care. They even admitted a driver was in my area each week. Called once a week to remind them only to get the rude, mocking, no-help lady on the phone. If she had some warmth or depth she would qualify as a *** When finally delivered, there was a $10 delivery charge. Major kahunas, there. Thompson Gas needs to realize this mouthy lady is losing customers.
