My wife Diane M. Nadeau has been calling and talking to you customer service trying to get our mortgage releases for two weeks know with nothing but there is nothing we can do to help with that. They gave us an email address to request the release for days we sent email to the address with no reply! Called costume service again and again with NO help we had an appointment to close a new mortgage on the 7/25 witch has come and gone on Wednesday 7/24 we were Finley allowed to speak to one of the manager. After being told that a couple of customer service people told us that they would put in the request fore us to get a release when my wife spoke with one of the managers she told my wife that there was nothing on record asking for our release. Now it has been two weeks with nothing being done to help us get a release today we were told that it will take TWO MORE WEEKS! One would think that after your mortgage is paid for 3 dam years it shouldn’t take a month to get a release! You Costner service department is of no help!! We have lost out on a peace of property and lost the down payment pissed off to say the least !!! Thank you Ditech really a sad day I will be very surprised if anyone even gives a dam! Sade That Ditech will not help there costumer or take there own complaints it will be a cold day in *** before I give anyone there name for a mortgage they suck Thank you Hope this can do some good ! They put the screws to us !!!!!
