Ordered pillow through online website that is apparently a fraudulent company. As soon as I paid, I got an email stating to keep checking back for order status. The link sent to me was for support which I emailed a total of 7 times trying to find my order which they said would be in my possession in 3-5 business days. The only response I ever got back was: "We see you've repeatedly emailed us about our specials. Well, you missed it!" No phone # for company. Ended up having my bank refund my money.
