Orient Ray 2 Divers Watch
4
The watch functioned correctly during my first wear. I wore it for several days with no problems. I changed over to another of my other automatic watches for a few days, and when attempting to wear again, I could not get the watch to function? I have had email correspondence with Creation Watches and they have told me to contact a service centre, which is completely unacceptable. They also offered me $10? After several emails, they have offered $20 and stated they could repair if I return, however, could take 3-5month, which again is unacceptable. I have read several similar reviews in which customer have returned watches and never seen them again or the money they paid so, of course, am reluctant to do this. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Creation Watches that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. The goods a neither fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality as the watch does not function.
