Orders are always missing

In the summer I ordered 2 items that never arrived. Seemed like they were stolen. Now I ordered a SET of ornaments, so that means 2 not 1, should have arrived. I only got 1 not 2 of the set!!! I'm fed up with missing orders in such a short period of time. I've been a long customer of theirs and like their products but what's the point of buying if it never gets received! User's recommendation: Find the product you like and see if it's on Amazon or another site for guarantee delivery.
