Ordered the same phone because it picks up really good,but they sent me another type phone. Called to let them know,and the sells person said all I needed was a track phone sim card to get signal. When I got the sim card still didn't get signal I ask could they send me the phone I ordered they kept trying to activate sim card at one point they ask me for a ticket number. I had no idea about a ticket number I would give them the reference number till I finally gave up. Other than that I guess they try to do the best they can. But I understand in most situations you have some good customer care people and some bad ones, some smart ones and dumb ones.
