Ordered gems 3 times and didn’t receive them. Cannot contact any at Sloto.

Yesterday I ordered 2 small packages, $4.99 and $1.99. Did not get the coins, did not receive the email but got charged at my bank. This morning I again saw that I didn't receive the gems so I ordered another $4.99 package. Once again did not receive the gems but DID get the email notice and the charge on my bank account. Being on a fixed income I have now triggered a check being returned for NSF. The ***
