I ordered a sectional sofa and ottoman on December 19 2020. 8 months later I have still not received them. You cannot contact Craftmaster directly so every month I have been emailing the company I purchased the furniture through for an update. In March I was told it would be arriving in May, in May I was told it would be finishing production in July and I would have it mid to late August. Now I am told it will finish production late August and will not arrive until late September. I am getting the run around and would like to speak with a representative from Craftmaster runaround User's recommendation: Don't purchase unless you have a guaranteed delivery date.
