I should have learned with the first order (from Catherine's, one of the brands under FullBeauty Brands). My current order to Roaman's for (2) items was placed on 06/05/21. Today is 06/29/21. It took this company until 06/16/21 to 'ship' (1) of the items. As of 06/19/21 the item is STILL awaiting arrival at a USPS facility for shipment...I have subsequently read MANY comments and complaints from a multitude of customers regarding their experiences with these companies. Their advertising and catalogs are enticing but they sure do not live up up to to anyone's expectations. not bto live up Also, comments User's recommendation: AVOID THESE COMPANIES LIKE THE PLAGUE.
