I tried to order 2 pair boot-shoes, gray and brown. I thought one went through but don't know for sure. When I gave all my info, I didn't get any info about whether the order went through. The "button" that should mean the order was submitted never changed color nor said "Thank you for your order" so I tried to find out and it got worse, both e-mail and German phone number. I gave up. Think I got the brown ones? We'll see. Usually have no trouble with online.ordering although I'm a newbie at it. Thank you for asking.
