Ordered a Luxury Champagne Hamper- don’t know if it’s been sent

I live in the U.K. and ordered a hamper for my boyfriend who has turned 40 who is currently out in Africa. I thought Hazletons would be able to deliver quickly. They took my money $188.22 and promised delivery. This was July 30th. Since then no hamper received and they haven't told me any tracking details. I cannot get into my online account as they have made this absolutely impossible. I received an email back from Nitesh after I said I wanted to cancel. She said I couldn't. I chased and chased to get answers and in the end they said it was being sent from the facility which I don't believe. My boyfriend has received nothing. Trying to get through to Hazletons is impossible. The phone number also does not work. I am upset and disappointed. Pls advise….
