I had bought an eye cream from skinstore. It sent to me the delivery date in my email. I was moving out of my house a couple days after that so I called DHL to let them know that I wouldn't be staying there and then I found out it had already been delivered before that date I had to move out all of a sudden and I don't have the product. I don't feel like I should have to pay for something that I don't have. I had another one ordered and sent to my new address. I would like to have one of them taking off please them taken off please thank you User's recommendation: Find out when your exact delivery date is.
