Order was not filled, shorted one item

I had ordered 2 George and Barbara coin set but only received 1 set. Have been waiting over 2 months for a replacement or refund. I keep getting the runaround that they are running behind because of the coronavirus and customer support will get back to me as soon as they can. It was supposed to have been 1to 2 weeks. It's been over 2 1/2 months. After almost 25 years I may never order from the US mint again.
