The delivery was scheduled for 7/6/20. It is now 9:54pm PST and the flowers have not been delivered nor have I received a delivery confirmation. The recipients birthday is now coming to end and they dont have the gift that I planned for days in advance. I wanted to speak to a customer service agent this evening and tried calling pro-flowers, selecting the chat option and tried the email link and all were not available. Your website claims someone is available 24/7. This is not the case. I had to use google to locate the email address I emailing now. It was not available on the profowers website. I am requesting for a full refund as this order was not fulfilled on the date as indicated. My order number is XYZ. User's recommendation: Do not use this vendor.
