Went to Benton Arkansas location on 4-14-2021 placed order in drive thru @ 6:37pm they told us to pull up and they would bring order our. As we say there nine cars left drive tru with there food. So I called inside at 7pm and they said we are bringing your order out. I have never had to wait like that and why did everybody else just get theres and go. We ordered nothing special to take that long. Thats not a appropriate time for a drive thru. User's recommendation: Don’t forget the people that you pull up. If you can’t remember leave them at the window til there order is ready.
