Ordered ShamWow masks and ShamWow towels from a television commercial nearly a year ago have called several times and never received a call back never received the product and am very dissatisfied they took my money no product no phone calls and it was actually my mother who placed the order which is a senior citizen so essentially they are stealing money from senior citizens in Florida User's recommendation: Do not order masks or towels you will not receive them.
