I never received my parcel - sketchers shoes. I was promised on 7th July 2021. I had an email from Nicole customers success advocate saying: it looks like your parcel was lost in the post. She said I have processed a full refund today this was 7/7/21. I have not received a refund??? I ordered and paid for goods on 27th June! No refund why? I paid by PayPal.
